If you're in the Netherlands, can read Dutch and are looking for a few healthy recipes to add to your collection, head on over to your nearest bookstore, supermarket or newsstand and pick up a copy of the women's magazine Vriendin (issue #3).
Inside you'll find six 'superfood' recipes (by yours truly) using products such as avocados, butternut squash, pomegranate, salmon and lentils. They're easy to make, require simple ingredients and are really delicious!
